Scaleforge
Prophetic's Intelligence Engine
Scaleforge is Prophetic's automation programme. Its purpose is singular: to transform our analytical methodology into an infrastructure that operates around the clock, produces insights continuously, scales week on week, and makes every client portfolio progressively smarter, independent of headcount.

1. The problem it solves
Every Prophetic report is currently handcrafted. That is our strength — the precision, the depth, the level of analysis. It is also our ceiling. No human team can cover 200 assets, refresh scores weekly, monitor eight market segments simultaneously, and build personalised portfolios for hundreds of clients at once. Scaleforge removes that ceiling.
2. Four layers. One continuous system.
Capture. The system observes markets without interruption across auction results, secondary platforms, social signals, specialist press, and search trends. Every asset and artist we track has a dedicated intelligence feed, updating in real time.
Analysis. Captured data passes through an AI engine trained on the Prophetic methodology. It automatically refreshes scores, detects bullish and bearish signals, surfaces emerging assets not yet in our coverage, and drafts the first version of every analytical narrative.
Portfolio construction. A recommendation engine builds and rebalances client portfolios against updated scores and detected liquidity windows. Each morning, the system proposes arbitrage moves. The Prophetic team reviews, refines, and signs off before anything reaches the client.
Distribution. Validated intelligence flows into a live feed: client dashboard, newsletter, push alerts, and auto-generated PDF reports, delivered at the cadence each client selects.
3. What it changes
Without Scaleforge, Prophetic covers a few dozen assets per quarter. With Scaleforge, coverage becomes daily, exhaustive, and compounding. The feed grows richer every day. Portfolios sharpen every week. The Prophetic database becomes a strategic asset in its own right, one that is unique in the global tangible-asset market.
The human team does not disappear. It moves upstream: arbitrating, validating, deepening client relationships, and advancing the methodology. The machine handles surveillance, structuring, and first-draft intelligence. The people handle everything that cannot be automated: judgement, trust, and expertise.
